There is one weekend  every year where Rochester, New York seems to become the epicenter of great traditional tattoos. The Roc City tattoo expo is an exceptional convention. Artists such as Krooked Ken, Marina Inoue, JR Tubbs, Hunter Spanks and many more all travel to the city to display their work. It's a well run expo (put on by the Love Hate Tattoo crew) with a welcoming atmosphere. Here are some pieces that were done at Roc City this year. More to come.
